Making Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread cookies are a quintessential New England winter cookie. The blend of spices in a fresh cookie is the perfect accompaniment to a mug of hot chocolate. If you get a gingerbread cookie mix kit from us, the dry ingredients are already supplied. The directions are on the card included with the mix, but we thought it might be more fun to watch a video.
